Wholesale Order Cancellation Policy for Retail Clients: |

Should you wish to cancel your order please contact Kerri’d Treasures head office at 1-866-354-4450 within 15 days of date on signed P.O. After this 15 day grace period a 25% cancellation fee will be applied, as all orders are custom. Our cancellation policy is also in place to enable us to continue to offer regional exclusivity to retailers on a first come first serve basis. This policy helps us ensure retailers are committed to receiving the custom orders they have placed. |

| Delivery/Damage Claims |
| Currently we prepare shipments on Wed/Fri each week and always do our best to meet delivery deadlines. If you do need a Rush delivery one can be arranged for a nominal fee. We ask that you fully inspect your shipment, immediately upon its arrival. Any report of damages must take place within 3 business days of delivery. In the event that there are damages, please keep all original packaging. Digital photos of the damage would be greatly appreciated, as it’d help with the damage claim. You can email damage reports and photos to info@kerridtreasures.com or call head office at 416-855-4450 and we promised to either fully replace or cover the cost to repair the damaged goods. |
